FINDING HEAVEN
After my mother Helen passed, I wanted to dedicate a piece of music to her.
Well, I ended up composing three, which are all here on this album. The first piece of the three, was meant to be a celebration of sorts.
I can see her moving through the gates of heaven, light as a feather no longer carrying the weight of earthly life. A very elegant, beautiful and kind woman, who was much loved and
now missed by many!
As a small four year old boy, she quickly recognized my musical interests and found my first piano teacher. She continued to encourage and support my musical endeavors her entire life. I owe her a tremendous amount of gratitude, and my hope is that the music here, speaks to this end.
